In creating CRG, Kevin's vision was to establish a unique, cutting-edge environment blended with a diverse team of people who love working together! Kevin takes pride in being a third generation Broker and puts his 20+ years experience and network of contacts to use for his clients!

Leigh Smith is Crego Realty Group's Operations Manager and Communication Guru! From ensuring smooth daily operations to managing all client accounts to coordinating company marketing, Leigh does it all! Leigh's customer service background, organizational prowess and positive, team-oriented efforts make her a perfect fit at CRG and favorite among clients and team members alike!
Leigh originally joined the CRG Team in 2011 as a Summer Intern during her last semester at the University of Rochester studying International Relations! In the fall of 2010, Leigh studied abroad at the University of Cape Town in South Africa where she worked at the SOS Children's Village and studied International Law. When she's not playing with her adorable Australian Shepard, Duke, Leigh is exercising or playing the violin.

One of the original tribe members, Elle "the Greek goddess" Papademetriou spearheads CRG's marketing and branding initiatives! Whether she's planning CRG's involvement in the Gay Pride Parade, the Park Avenue Festival, the St. Patricks Day Parade or a Habitat for Humanity project (to name a few)... or just getting the Crego Realty Group name out there, Elle's always having fun!
Other than having the opportunity to work with a fun and fabulous team, Elle's favorite CRG moment (thus far) has been helping CRG become a sponsor of the 2010 Habitat for Humanity Women Build project, dedicated to empowering women and their families through home ownership.
When she's not devoting her heart and soul to the Crego Realty Group brand, she's spending time with her Big Fat Greek Family, organizing, traveling or playing with the light of her life, her Yorkie, Odi (one of Sophia's many friends!)

When Jason's not selling real estate, he's playing with his new pride and joy, Guinness, whom he and his partner rescued from the Rochester Animal Shelter. A native Bostonian and original Crego Realty Group Tribe member, Joe "the Money Man" Mehigan is CRG's CFO... and an Irishman who loves Italian food! He's tough, but Joe has a heart of gold... and he's pretty funny, too!
Joe walks to the beat of his own drum, wearing shorts throughout the year (yes, even in the winter!) and listening to heavy metal music for relaxation. When he's not talking debits and credits, he's "Coach" to his son's youth baseball team or hanging out with his three boys/clones!

One of the original members of the CRG Tribe, Mindy "the Lightning Bolt" Ribis loves the ever-changing, fast pace of the real estate market... probably because she moves a mile-a-minute herself! Mindy first entered real estate through her personal experience of purchasing a home and decided to pursue a career in helping others do the same! Mindy's passion, drive, and commitment makes her a rock-star CRG Buyer Agent and that's why we love her!

Historic preservation, rehabilitation and reuse...Mary is all about developing and redeveloping Rochester into a vibrant cultural destination! Mary Steeves was born to be in real estate- literally, Mary hails from a 60-year old family owned auction and appraisal business of which she is the Vice President of Operations. Mary's extensive experience and passion for industrial development and adaptive reuse projects spurred her into commercial real estate... now she's in her 7th year!
As much as Mary loves real estate, she's just as passionate about the community! Mary spearheaded many Habitat for Humanity events, including the Celebrity Bartender event where CRG agents served as bartenders to raise money for the building of a Habitat home in the City of Rochester. To top it off, Mary has her hand in the film industry, too, having just completed work on two independent films! In the off-chance that Mary's not working, you can find her snapping photos, traveling the world or playing softball!

With over 4 years at Crego Realty Group, Chad "Tell It Like It Is" Wingate is one of CRG's original tribe members and property oversight is what he does best! As CRG's property manager at "Twelve" at 100 Merriman Street and Creekside Apartments at 2665 W. Ridge Road, Chad's a busy bee! Beneath his humorous style lies a heart of gold, evidenced by his boisterous personality and team-player attitude. His attention to detail and pride in his work makes Chad not only a blast to work with, but also a valuable asset to our team!
Chad's our "go-to" guy! His versatile nature allows him to wear many hats at CRG: sales agent, property manager, director of technology, quality control and operations assistant (when we can't find something, we ask Chad!). Chad is the NY Post, the Daily Beast, E! Online and Rochester Business Journal all wrapped into one... if you need the latest scoop, Chad's your guy!
